There’s something about eating a slice of fruity cheesecake that feels a little bit luxurious. If you love cheesecake but want fewer calories, try this slimmed down version using yoghurt and reduced fat cream cheese for a decadent treat.
If you want an even lower fat version, substitute the base with 14 crushed wheatmeal biscuits and 2 tblspns of butter; process/blend it together, then press into the bottom of your tin and follow the rest of the recipe as usual (however, you may need to bake the base for a shorter time, check it regularly after 10 minutes and remove from oven when golden).
